Butlers (sometimes known as household managers) are respected as the head of the household staff.  A really good Butler is able to assist without appearing to be there. You have the feeling of complete control, without really having to attend to all the details.

Ruth Ann B. Macklin

Ruth Ann Butler-Macklin has been in the Real Estate business since 1987. Having raised 3 boys, Ruth Ann has the skills to help families feel comfortable with the buying and selling process. Ruth Ann designs our websites and works diligently on keeping everything on the sites current and relevant. Ruth Ann has obtained the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). Ruth Ann, also, is married to Team Leader, Dave.

Dave Macklin

Dave Macklin has been in the Real Estate business since 1983, helping clients Sell or Find their dream home.

He is The Butler Team Leader. He works with our Sellers, marketing their homes and giving them the World Class Service they need and deserve. Dave's knowledge of the market conditions and negotiating skills assure Sellers top dollar for their property with the minimum of disruption in their lives. 

Dave firmly believes that there is no substitute for education and continues to attend classes and seminars whenever possible. One of Dave's greatest strengths is "Active Listening", listening for both the spoken and unspoken meanings in statements and actions. This allows him to do a superior job of negotiating in his clients’ best interest. Dave has obtained the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). Dave is married to Ruth Ann and has one son. They proudly share four sons.
